When you call the office to schedule your initial consultation, Bethe will ask you for some preliminary case information to assist her in quickly putting you in touch directly with David Seay, Jr. to discuss your case.

When you retain David as your attorney, Bethe will be there to help make sure you stay informed of the status of your case, schedule teleconferences/office visits with David, coordinate the review of discovery and evidence, and provide you with timely notice of hearing dates, trial dates, mediation conferences, etc.

David is preparing for and/or appearing in court nearly every week. Bethe is always available to assist you when David is out of the office attending to his client’s cases.
